My passion is all things food and healthy living! I love sharing the countless benefits of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole-food diet. I attended and am certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association and graduated in 2017. I believe in bio-individuality, meaning that there is no one size fits all diet, it’s all about finding what works for you.
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help assist patients with weekly and monthly meal plans and help to establish specific diets (ex. gluten-free, dairy-free, Keto, Autoimmune, etc.). I am also a mother of two and over the past few years of pregnancy and child rearing I’ve gained more knowledge of prenatal nutrition, food sensitivities and tongue/lip ties than I ever thought possible. But, now I feel I can share these hard learned lessons with you. Lessons that I wish had been shared with me earlier and spared me countless hours and sleepless nights with my little ones. So when I am not helping at the office you can find me experimenting with new recipes, roaming the grocery store or spending quality time with my family.
